We
are all taking care for and in societies with vital wellbeing and
health of humankind and our planet's health as one and deeply
interrelated.
With nurtured dignity,
biodiversity, in deep respect and honour for life, truth and science,
social empathy and protected by multilateral agreements in peace for all
and the rule of law and ethics that we all care for .
Public
Health & Wellbeing is integral to good community, communication
& conscious collaboration in planetary health and all it's integral
ways of being and becoming.
Environmental justice and
sharing for social fairness and good chances to live in dignity and
personal freedoms to co-learn together are highly valued and protected.
Relevant
qualities of a good life are monitored with protected personal privacy.
Yet ways to stay well and healthy and live a life in dignity are
available or made available to all.
Technical advances are
utilized for all and in support of humanitarian, solidarian and
supportive cultures that builds trust and security and knows to prevent
bullying or any other form of abusive or repressive or militant
violence.
Integrity of information and open questions of Science
and Ethics are freely available. We find time to build thorough
evaluations and deep relationships.
When we prepare a good
and healthy meal we know it's very nature and all creatures that joined
in nurturing it. We feel grateful for its very valued qualities. We
often do so together and share conscious times in the landscapes and
listen and sense the natural essences.
Health-
promoting collectives and communities receive resourcing in regenerative
and circular ways that include the social and natural realities.
Wellbeing
societies go beyond GDP and are build consciously within the planetary
boundaries. Repressive states and economies have lost
attractiveness and fiscal support.
The renewed Common
Agenda 2030-2050 will be decades of caring, of transforming , of
inspiring and co-learning leaderships and co-existing in balance -
learning from clean water flowing, clean and refreshing air, nurtured
soils and well-tempered bodies - of earth's and us earthlings' adaptive
and ethical governance .
Medicine, caring and healing are
societal acts implemented as impartial and non-neutral - impartial by
non-discrimination of individuals or populations and their human rights.
Non-neutral as non-silent in the face of injustice, destruction, violence, oppression or inequality.

Ongoing projects
May
6th to 8th 2026 ISDE colleagues collaborate with the University of
Kairo & INCHES for a child-in-health-and-healthy-environment
congress.
2027 we have the next ISDE-congress
in Switzerland (details soon to come).
We
signed the Geneva pledge for gender-responsive climate action and are
committed to gender and generational justice in our panels and our
organization.

The Geneva Declaration of the World
Medical Association (1948) and the Universal Human Rights Declaration
(1948) are re-affirmed.
Refreshed versions of the human pledge to be caring and care pro-actively for those in need.
The
Advisory Opinion of 2025 by the International Court of Justice on the
duties of governance in respect to climate changes -
e.g. to "to do the utmost" and the "pollutor pays principle" is actively supported -
We
are helping in implementing, diligent reality checking, evidence-based
approach deliveries, Science-based Advisory Mechanisms in governments
and economy follow-up support for a better life.
Rolling
out litigation options and support in making a standing / going to court
in case of harming or failure to pro-actively and preventively protect
from harming is done with our partners.
The Work of the WHO - in
Europe in its EPW-II 2030 strategy - is highly valued. As the work of
many UN bodies and other Civil Society Organisations (CSO) like us.
